- President Toyo Ueda founded the Kanagawa Prefecture Grinding Industry Association and became its chairman.
- November 1978
- Managing Director Kurasaburo Ueda was awarded the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare's "Contemporary Master Craftsman" Award.

- Managing Director Kurasaburo Ueda was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Sixth Class.

- President Toyo Ueda has been working in the metal processing machinery manufacturing industry for many years and has been a role model for the people, receiving the Yellow Ribbon Medal.
